“They will guide the Alpha back to the residence and stay there with the Alpha until they get the all clear. The Gamma family will head to the main lobby to stop anyone from entering, while the Beta family gets brought to safety elsewhere. They need to be kept safe, just in case they feed to replace the Alpha family. Warriors will be positioned around the Pack–house while other Pack–members take up positions within the Pack–house.
Every other available Warrior will head to the borders and that means to each border, not just the one that gets attacked. We keep fighting until we have taking out every enemy, our Deltas are the ones that decide when all our enemies are gone and only then do we allow the Alpha and Beta family to come out of hiding.” Bryson answers.
Alayah tells him it is smart thinking on their side to not only hide the Alpha family, after all the Beta has as much knowledge of the Pack and it’s members as the Alpha does and they are in charge if the Alpha is absent for whatever reason. We walk around the Pack–house for a little while longer and I know that with the information Bryson gave us I can’t get lost.
The main hallways on each floor run around completely, meaning that I will always end up back to the staircase and from there I can find my way to the main lobby to get access to the Alpha residence. I growl softly the moment we reach the main lobby again and I see a female in a skimpy dress leaning against a wall, the moment her eyes land on Noah I know trouble is heading our way.
“Hi, my name is Bree. I thought you might want a break from your siblings and to spend some time with a real female.” She says as she steps closer to Noah and the moment I look at Alayah I know Bree is in trouble. “Damn, Noah. I thought you left your blow–up doll at home.” Alayah says as she places her hands on her hips and with everyone looking at Alayah they miss the twinkle in Noah’s eyes.
“Princess, what the hell do I need a blow–up doll for if I have you?” He asks as he pulls her out of my arms and kisses her deeply. Bree looks from Noah to me before she asks if I always let my Alpha kiss my Mate and I see Nikolay tap Noah on his shoulder. The moment Noah breaks the kiss Nikolay steps in and Bree is gasping as she sees Nikolay kissing Alayah, Nero and I decide to add to Bree’s confusion by kissing her as well.
“Bree, just to make sure you understand this. Alayah is our rightful Alpha and these four males are her Mates.” Brock says before he tells Nikolay to get up the stairs and we all follow behind Nikolay and Alayah. Bryson still can’t believe what Alayah and Noah did down stairs, but I tell him this won’t be the last time this might happen and I chuckle as he shakes his head.

Topaz is still laughing her ass off and I am still in shock about blurting out my comment on Noah and a blow–up doll or maybe it is his comeback that has me in shock. I need to get my mind on something else and I rush up the stairs to see Grandpa, I will ask him something that I need an answer to and that will distract me form the blow–up doll.
Nikolay keeps holding on to my hand as I rush into the living room, skidding to a halt when I see Mom and Dad making out. “Looks like they scared the rest of already.” I mumble as I turn towards Nikolay and hide my face in his chest, while he wraps his arms around me. Nathan is making gagging sounds as he walks into the living room and Mom throws a pillow at him, missing him by a long shot.
Within minutes the entire family has gathered in the living room and I ask Grandpa who attacked Blood Stone Pack all those years ago, but I doubt anything could have prepared me for his answer. “Autumn Moon Pack.” He answers and we all stare at him dumbfounded, because that Pack still has to be established by

Dad points this out to Grandpa and all he does is shake his head, “Autumn Moon Pack got divided a week or two after the attack, their Alphas were twins and they didn’t see eye to eye on the attack. It was the youngest Brother that believed that our Pack was in the way of the future he saw for Autumn Moon Pack, but the oldest Brother had no intention of going against any Law for whatever reason.” Grandpa explains to us.
He tells us that the oldest Brother took one half of the territory and named his Pack Crimson Moon Pack, while the youngest Brother named his territory Autumn Pack. Autumn Pack wasn’t strong enough to attack Blood Stone Pack and no one ever attack this territory again, “I doubt anyone knows what happened all those years ago, because everyone made sure that that part of history got buried and I never wanted to bring it back up.
It is a painful part of my life and I wish I could forget about it, but we all know I can’t. Maybe you should look into the family–line of your friends, I don’t think I ever heard of either family line going extinct.” Uncle Josh says and I ask if they know why they attacked. Grandpa explains that the Alpha and his Son that tried to kill his Brother and his Nephew was a family friend to Autumn Moon Pack and this was just a case of
revenge.
“With the death of our Alpha and his heir they thought they had gotten even and they never tried to attack again, they might have tried if they thought we could become strong again someday.” Grandpa says and I wonder what he means with that, but I can tell that he is exhausted.
“Grandpa, it is time you go lay down for a while. I would like to hear some more about Blood Stone Pack during dinner.” I say and reluctantly he agrees.
I take the opportunity to take a look at our private garden, Nikolay follows me down the stairs while my other Mates sit down on the balcony and talk about everything we have heard today. I am surprised to find a large garden going around the residence with a small tunnel where according to my calculations the stairs to the Alpha residence is and I wonder what is behind this wall I am touching at the moment, something else I need to ask my family.
My second around the garden is a lot slower and I take in the landscape they placed here. There are three sitting areas around the garden, each with enough room for me and my Mates and I even find a hidden spot not far from the stairs to our balcony. “If I ever disappear, I suggest you look here first.” I say to Nikolay through the mind–link as I point at the small bench hidden behind some bushes.
He grabs my arm to pull me with him and he pulls me on his lap when he sits down on the bench, slamming his lips to mine before I can say anything.
