Olivia took a deep breath, then made a phone call to her divorce attorney.
“Are the divorce papers ready? Have them delivered to Nathan right away.”
“He’s throwing some banquet to publicly announce he’s leaving the entire Reed family fortune to the two bastard children.”
“The banquet location should be easy to find out. Get over there immediately. Make sure he signs the divorce papers before he can make that announcement.”
“He can give his half of the assets to whomever he wants. But my half? I’d rather throw it all into the sea than let them have a cent!”
After hanging up with her lawyer, the professional team helping Olivia vanish also sent a message: [Miss Reed, everything is prepared. You can leave whenever you choose.]
A hint of a smile finally appeared on Olivia’s exhausted face.
She sent them her location. In less than half an hour, the team had arranged for someone to come get her.
Accompanied by the professional team, Olivia boarded a flight to a foreign country.
