“I’m literally disgusted. I can’t believe Nathan Reed is this kind of person!”
“He always portrayed himself as this devoted husband, but behind closed doors he was playing the field more than anyone.”
“This is hilarious–wasn’t he voted ‘America’s Best Husband‘ by internet users? So this is what the ‘Best Husband‘ looks like? Great job with that selection, internet!”
Nathan had originally attracted many fans with his devoted husband image, which helped his company grow exponentially.
But the internet is a double–edged sword–the same force that built him up was now tearing him down.
Now that Nathan’s loving husband persona had completely collapsed, Reed Enterprises‘ stock took a massive hit, falling continuously for over a month and evaporating several billion dollars in value.
Nathan’s losses were catastrophic!
Olivia, however, had already finalized the divorce and property division before uploading those videos.
So her assets weren’t affected at all.
What’s more, many internet users, out of sympathy, began passionately supporting Olivia’s company.
Originally after the divorce, Olivia had only received a few small clothing companies. Now with the support of internet users, her fashion businesses were thriving.
“Support our queen in shining on her own, staying away from toxic men, and starting a new life!”
“I heard she was tricked by that scumbag who had her uterus removed–she’s been through absolute hell. We have to support her.”
“Stay strong, girl! Don’t let that cheating bastard get you down. Life is still beautiful!”
Reading these encouraging messages, Olivia felt a warmth in her heart.
Though she hadn’t fully emerged from the shadow of her marriage, she believed that time would heal all wounds. Eventually, she would recover.
Now she had money, beauty, and time–there was no doubt she would move forward.
Afterward, Olivia began traveling around the world.
Partly to avoid Nathan, but also to heal her wounds through exploration.
“My lovely schoolmate, I hear you’re planning a world tour. Need a travel companion?”
Just before departure, James Sullivan suddenly appeared at the airport. He smiled at Olivia, his eyes full of affection.
Olivia couldn’t help but smile: “James, if you just want to travel, we can go together. But if you’re using this trip as an excuse to pursue me romantically, then I’ll have to decline.”
“I’ve just ended a failed marriage, and my heart is in turmoil right now.”
“For a long time to come, I won’t be interested in dating anyone. Please understand.”
However, her gentle rejection didn’t deter James.

James moved beside Olivia and said with absolute determination: “That’s okay, Olivia. I can wait.”
“I’ve already missed my chance with you once. I don’t want to miss it a second time.”
“No matter how long it takes, I’m willing to try.”
“Besides, I genuinely want to travel too. Don’t feel any pressure–just treat me as a travel companion and nothing more.”
Olivia couldn’t argue with him any further and agreed to travel together.
Perhaps someday in the future, she might rekindle hope for love and accept James’s feelings,
Or perhaps she had become disillusioned with love and would never accept him.
But none of that mattered now.
Future concerns could be left to the future Olivia.
The present Olivia only wanted to lose herself in poetry and distant horizons.
Meanwhile, Nathan, after Olivia published the videos of his affair with Claire, finally understood that he and Olivia were truly over.
They would never be together again.
The rest of his life would be spent in endless regret.
His marriage had ended not in death, but in divorce.
